Returns & Refunds

Betatan will only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return is logged within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
• Goods are in their original packaging and undamaged. Only damaged goods received on delivery are eligible for return.

On approval, the refund amount will be credited to your online account within 1–2 working days and can be used on the website.

Important Notes

• The user is responsible for returning any goods ordered in error and is liable for any associated costs.
• We recommend using an insured courier service as Betatan is not liable for loss or damage in transit.
